Dear Chris and Ayelet:

Hope all is well with you both and that 2012 brings you and your families health, happiness and prosperity. I've been meaning to send this letter for quite a while now but with moving into the new house and getting settled, I just haven't had the chance. Now that the new year is here, I didn't want another day to go by without thanking you.

You both worked tirelessly to help me get my dream home. You completely understood my situation and needs which, after a while, I thought might be impossible to find.

Chris, your guidance, professionalism, and especially your patience were all key factors to my finding just what I was looking for. You helped me realize not to compromise what I wanted and needed in a home and you also helped calm my anxieties about being pressured by the ticking clock on my expiring lease. Ayelet, when you said I would be in good hands with Chris while you were away, you weren't kidding. You always stayed connected even when you were in Israel, checking in on us to see how the house hunting was going. Being a first-time home buyer, the whole experience was definately overwhelming and yet very educational. Your knowledge and connections in the field helped alleviate a lot of my fears. Both you and Chris took me by the hand and lead the way to realizing a dream for a beautiful new home for me, Mark and Maggie Mae (the dog).
